On the weekend we completed an upgrade from CUCM 8.0.2 to CUCM 8.6, the upgrade went ok however this morning we have noticed that the URL directories for the 7945 phones are not updating for example the missed calls directory. The phone shows all missed calls prior to the upgrade but since the upgrade no new entries.
We have confirmed that the "Log Missed Calls" option is selected for all phones and also the firmware currently being used SCCP45.9-2-1S which is the same as the 7965 phones being used which are currently working and displaying the new missed call entires?
Any ideas would be helpful, not too much around so far for CUCM 8.6 upgrades
