Missed Calls in Hunt Group

Hi all

We have the same problem as already discussed here:

Does anyone knows if there is a new behavior of the missed calls in the hunt in CUCM 11.5? We have a lot of customers who need the missed calls to be cleared if the call is answered. Is that feature on the road-map?

Hi Joel,

The behavior of having phones in a Line group showing missed calls after the call is answered by one phone within this group is working as designed as of now, and the issue was already addressed with the BU through the enhancement defect CSCul73112: “Missed call on hunt group members in broadcast algorithm”.

There is no roadmap as of yet to fix this as the bug is in a terminated status.
