MLA error

I am running CCM 4.1(3)sr3c and have just enabled MLA. I am now getting problems as a Superuser (full access) that if I go to a device and the line page.Try to look at the details of the callpickup group via the view details hyperlink to the side. Another window opens but I get access denied with an error of:- asp file is not found in the mapping.

The CCM Admin "Select Partition" pop-up window displays "Access Denied" and an IE browser pop-up box displays "ASP file is not found in the mapping" when ALL of the following five conditions are true.

Condition:

1. Running CCM 4.1(2) or later.

2. More than 250 partitions configured for the cluster

3. MLA is enabled

4. A user logs into CCMAdmin with any user other than CCMAdministrator

5. The logged in user clicks on the "..." button for the partition list on the Directory Number Configuration web page.

Workaround:

As long as the default Access Privileges have been given to the default Functional Groups for the "SuperUserGroup" User Group, then assign the users experiencing this error to the "SuperUserGroup" User Group.
