Mobile Phone As SIP phone

One of your team has gave me some steps to follow it of the SIP phone configuration, I followed these steps but unfortunately it does not work , so what is thebest solution to make the normal mobile phone as SIP phone integrated with callmanager .

The phone configuration depends on the SIP software that the phone is running but the CUCM configurtion would be done by adding a 3rd party SIP phone: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/5_1_3/ccmcfg/b09sip3p.html
