We recently upgraded to 10.5.1 and since then we are having issues with the message indicator on handsets.
When a voice message is left, the light usually comes on the handset (most of the time). When the message is listened too either on the handset or from within Outlook/Exchange the light no longer goes out straight away, it seems to take several hours.

do you have CUC or other application?
I recommend listening to a VM from the handset then checking CallMaanegr logs to confirm we are getting the MWI on time from the VM.

If this was just outlook I would say you need to check in that area but if you are listening from the handset as well and it still does it then you might want to check the logs as well as the network. You could always to force a MWI sync and see if it immediately clears it up.
