We never received the images that were created and loaded on the CUCM servers. Now need those files at a new site.

Hello,
you can download the images from the tftp server.
1. Go to Cisco Unified OS Administration. Go to TFTP File Management and search for "ends with" .png
2. Open a command prompt and type tftp IP-of-CUCM GET your.png
Kind regards,

For retrieving it via TFTP from Windows use:
tftp -i x.x.x.x get file.png
(if using win7/vista, you may need to install tftp first)
Also to retrieve in bulk you can do it from the CallManager CLI from the server where you are running the tftp service:
admin:file get tftp *.png
Please wait while the system is gathering files info ...done.
