New features/service on Cisco BE6000

HI 

We are using UCS C220 BE6000.
I want to know what need to be done so that we can have the following features in our existing setup.
(1)Users need to login to phone so that we know when they are on break, lunch, meeting etc
(2)A display on the reception monitor so that when someone calls in she can just check and see the status of the user before transferring the call while user might not have logged in to the phone or is on luch or in meeting.
(3)Can we have softphone on the computer

What are the changes that need to be done or what is the starting point

1) If you want a time tracking system on the phone, you would need to search for a 3rd party vendor that does something like that, otherwise, if you only want them to login to make calls, use extension mobility

2) Use a flavor of attendant console, either standard or advanced, review online documentation to determine what would be the best fit for your needs.

3) Yes, use Jabber or Webex, review the documentation online, also review you have licenses to use either one.
