new local area code

Hi everyone,

I'm in the Houston, TX USA area and they just added a new local area code 346. Now when I try to call a number with this area code, i get the message:

"we're sorry it is not necessary to dial a 1 when calling this number"

But when I just dial 9+346+xxxx it tells me "your call cannot be completed as dialed."

How do I add this new local area code to Call Manager 9.1.2
