In CUCM 9.1, I noticed that there is no dial tone on FXS port on VG224 when prefix DN is configured in CUCM.
If we remove the prefix DN, then we can make calls. This seems to be new because this is working in CUCM 6.1 and 7.1.
Any parameter to change on VG or in CUCM?

I remember running into a case like this in the past. I dont remember too much right now since it was a while back, but if my memory is correct it was a change of functionality or a caveat.
I can try to pull up my notes sometime tomorrow and report back.
