No registered IP Phone 7821 CME 10.5

Hello everyone, you can not configure the IP phone, you need to configure and following caracterizticas were made.

Hi Adrian,

 

The 7821 phone is supported on CME 10.5 as per the document below:

You should be running 10.1(1)SR1 or higher.

This procedure is outdated (if not incorrect).

 

To factory-reset a phone, you'll need to let the phone boot up normally.  Once the boot up is complete, hit the Settings button.  Hit the unlock combination "**#" and a you'll see an "Erase" softkey appear.

 

This is the only method.
