hi ,
We have Cisco Call Manager 3.3.3, with BAT 4.4 version.
Tried to Export phone details from both Default Phone or All Phone Details file format.
Not able to export phone detail.
in the View Latest Log File getting the below mentioned error.
Error Number: 13
Error Description:Type mismatch
Please let me know if any body knows the solution for this .

I had a similar issue where I had to register a dll file. I also recall a bug in the bug toolkit that had to do with pickup groups but not quite sure what that was.
For mine, I just had to register the below dll file and it started working.
UserDir.dll
Just do a search to find where it's located and, open a command line and change to that directory, run regsvr32 UserDir.dll.
