Please help. I am having trouble with a phone that is setup with Cisco phone proxy. Calls are successfully made internally but there is a one way audio problem calling to external numbers (cellphone). Audio can be heard from the proxy phone but I cannot hear audio from the external number. Any suggestions.

Did you ever get this fixed? I have a similar issue. If I leave the phone idle for a while I can complete a single call then the next one there is no audio or one way audio. Also calls to the CUE are unsuccessful. Internal is good and CIPC is good every time. Any insight would be appreciated.
