Option 132

Hello i am working as a Network Engineer and i have a problem with configuring option 132 in a SG500 switch. There are two vlans. Vlan 1 is for data and vlan 3 is for voip. What i am trying to do is when an IP phone connects to vlan 1 , the dhcp server will forward the DHCP Request to the dhcp of vlan 3. Any help?

On the gateway you need to configure ip helper-address to forward the dhcp server setting in vlan 3

I did this but with no results. The following screen shot shows how i configured option 132 in my vlan 1 dhcp server. Maybe is something wrong with my config. Thank you for the answer mohammed.
