Outgoing PSTN calls fail.

I have a SIP trunk to a voice contactportal.

If I try to make a call via this to an internal handset it works ok, if I try to make a call to a PSTN Number then I get one way voice, the ip handset can't hear the PSTN caller.

I have got a sniffer trace and it appears that the Skinny start media has the ip address of the subscriber not the voice gateway.

Has anyone seen this before?

Callmanager 6.1.2

Gateway is MGCP

You may get the IP address of CUCM if you have MTP required checked on your SIP trunk. This is normal.

You may want to check show call active voice brief on the gateway for more details.
