Phone dialling automatically to external without any action

                   Hi,

i got an issue that the phone is dialling out to an external number automatically without any action done. this happens more than 5 times a day.

can anyone please help me with the cause of issue?

Does it have a PLAR??

Have you confirmed in the CUCM traces no one is dialing??

Have you tried switching the actual phone for another one??
