I have problem with the subscribers set in my office. We have two offices one in city 1 and another in city 2. City 1 has the Publisher and Subscriber 1. City 2 has Subscriber 2. We have approx 450 users registered in both subscribers.
In Option 150 the subscriber 2 is configured as backup of Subscriber 1 for city 1 and Subscriber 1 as backup of Subscriber 2 for city 2
The problem is that, when the Subscriber 2 in City 2 goes down the phones in City 2 and City 1 both are restarting. This includes phones that are registered in Subscriber 1.
It is confirmed that phones that are restarting in city 1 belongs to subscriber in city 1 then why are the phones registered in City 1 is restarting when the subscriber in City 2 goes down ?
