PLAR to Call handler to local PSTN

I need to setup some 6901's with plar which will dial a cti port that will point to a call handler in unity connection that will allow users to press 1 for blue cab company, 2 for yellow cab company and so on.  I can't seem to get it to properly call the call handler and since unity connection inherits the calling search space from cucm how will it allow me to have the calls go out to the local 10 digit numbers?  Is this possible?

Hi David.

You can configure 3 System call handlers as follow

First CallHandler for "Blue Cab Company" with a transfer rule to 10 digit extension of that company. (verify if you need the line access code)

Second CallHandler for "Yellow Cab Company" with a transfer rule as the above example.

Third Call Hadler wher you can define the promt to reproduce for IVR selection.

In this last call handler you'll modify caller input options which will point to those two call handlers previously defined.
