Hi David.
You can configure 3 System call handlers as follow
First CallHandler for "Blue Cab Company" with a transfer rule to 10 digit extension of that company. (verify if you need the line access code)
Second CallHandler for "Yellow Cab Company" with a transfer rule as the above example.
Third Call Hadler wher you can define the promt to reproduce for IVR selection.
In this last call handler you'll modify caller input options which will point to those two call handlers previously defined.
