I have a 8.5 CUCM server plus Unity Connection v8.5 and Zeacom available to me
What I want to do is for a select number of users play a message to indicate to the calling party that the call is being recorded. On v8 I can see that you can manage the various prompts used by the system and one of these is indeed a 'This call is being recorded' message; my question is how can you access this message so that it plays on inbound calls to a particular extension?
Or am I into the realms of sending the call into UCN Call handler and somehow transfering back to the user once the message is played-out?
