Play Recording Message

Hello

I have a 8.5 CUCM server plus Unity Connection v8.5 and Zeacom available to me

What I want to do is for a select number of users play a message to indicate to the calling party that the call is being recorded. On v8 I can see that you can manage the various prompts used by the system and one of these is indeed a 'This call is being recorded' message; my question is how can you access this message so that it plays on inbound calls to a particular extension?

Or am I into the realms of sending the call into UCN Call handler and somehow transfering back to the user once the message is played-out?

Hi

I see that you have Unity Connection. Theres this feature in Unity of Call Handlers which play messages(you can upload custom messages as well) to the Callers and eventually transfer the call to the desired extension.
