PLM and License migration

Hi, we are consolidating several existing CUCM clusters running 7.1.5 and 8.6.2 into one new cluster running 10.5 on new hardware. PLM has been installed and the new cluster instance has been added, also the LCU utility has been run against the existing clusters but its not clear in the documentation where we go from here - any advice ?

You need to install the licenses on your PLM and then add your cluster(s), that's it as far as licensing goes.

OK, but how do the licenses we have on the Version 7 and 8 clusters get converted to Version 10.5 licenses?

You need to reach licensing@cisco.com for that to happen, they will turn the old licenses into a PLM license file.
