problem cisco phone call another extention when pick up my hock

Dears ,

here we have a problem  a user on cisco phone when he just pick up his hock , its automatic dial another extention  , also when he received  a call he cannot get it untill he press answer button

Assuming it's CUCM (you need to mention what you have, and version, and not just the problem or what you want to configure)

That should be because you have a PLAR configured and it's not set to always use the prime line, OR, simply you have a bad hook-switch.
