Service Level View.

Hello guyz,

I have CUOM ver2.3 installed. I can see all my voice devices ( CCM and Gateways) in Service Level View.

the problrm is that I can't see any IP phone registered on subscriber, while other phones that are registered on publisher are available, and I can see them.

can any body please help me in this case, almost all my phones are registed to subscriber

Does your sub show as monitored?

Hi Tim,

Yes, it shows as monitored, but not all the services are monitored as the publisher, however I think the only solution to solve this problem it to make my publisher in Unified CM Group Configuration the first. I know this is not the best practice as all the load will be on publisher.

Hi,

I wouldn't suggest changing your telephony design because you can't get your monitoring software to do the right thing.

When you say not all services are monitored - what exactly do you mean?

It sounds like your subscriber is not properly monitored?

If you switch one specific phone from sub to pub for primary CM, does it show up monitored in CUOM?
