Dear all,
I am using CCM 5.1. Suddenly I am facing a problem to generate the Call Report by CDR. Last some days In my Server Outgoing calls not Generating but incoming call is genrating normally.
plz help me as soon as possible.

Under Select Call Types, Select Outgoing under Select QOS, Make sure that you have selected all the parameters.
Confirm whether CDR files are populated with the correct call classification codes.

yes I am confirmed about that. bcz what parameter I have selected here the same I am selected for another cluster. and that cluster report is generating properly.
so I can't understand whats wrong with this cluster.
