problem with some 1-866 toll-free numbers

System:

CCM 5.1, 2821 12.4(11) H.323 gateway

Problem:

Cannot call some 1866-XXXXXXX numbers. When making calls to several specific 1866 numbers, it displays "connected" on the phone, but user can hear nothing. There is no problem with 911, local and long distance calls.

The attachment is the debug information from a bad call and a good call. I cannot see any difference between them.

Using H.323 protocol?

Bad call has Progress and alerting. Good call does not.

If using H.323 make sure you have the call process tones commands in there.
