You have to be more specific.
What do you mean by product id ?
Are you trying to find the product id of the server itself or of the CUCM
?
If this is the server, somewhere on the server you should find something
similar to MCS-78xx
But it depends of the server type (IBM, HP)
You can also access the CLI of your CUCM 6.1 by doing a SSH of the CUCM IP
address.
Then you issue the "show hardware" command and will get:
admin:show hardware
