can someone please help in this, i want to know about recording in IPCCX, is it natively available with IPCCX or it's a third party recording system i have buy and integrate
if it's natively available with IPCCX then is it available with only premium edition only?
what are the recording capabilities i can get from? size, time, for all agents or specific agents, how can be initiated, any usefull link will be very helpful
