Hi,
My boss has two companies registered under his name and the two companies are sharing same office. We have two phone numbers from comcast, and going into FXO-1 and FXO-2 ports. We want to use one number for each company. (number A for company A and number B for company B )My questions are:
1. when someone calls in, am I able to tell which number is being called? If so where to set up this feature? ( we want different greetings from our office manager for different companies.)
2. Am I able to choose the number between the two numbers as the call out number manually each time when I want to call out? (I.E. if I`m calling the customer of company A, then I want to choose number A, if I`m calling the customer of company B, then I want to choose number B)
I`m using CCA and I don`t see these features. I`m not familiar with CLI commands but if that`s available in CLI, please let me know how to do it.
