Hi all,
We have many phones within our organisation that need their firmware re-flashing.
Is there a way of doing this without sending the phone back to Cisco?
Thanks,
Jamie

Can anyone advise on this?

Cisco phones get phone firmware from the tftp server in the cluster. Here is a link the rel. notes for Cisco phone firmware, it shows the process for upgrading phone firmware by module.

Sorry maybe I didnt make my question clear. Some of our phones have for whatever reason errored halfway through updating their firmware so have been left corrupt.
Is there a way we can force an update even if the firmware is corrupt ie. it doesnt know to look at the tftp server?

If you have not done this alrady, here is a process to reset some 79xx series phones to factory defaults. Might be worth a try.

Have tried this, it seems the firmware is corrupt and needs completely resetting.
Is there a way to do this?

hmmm... If you are willing, you may try getting a capture from one of these phones when it's powering up. If it's trying to send any kind of tftp requestm you might be able to send it enough info get boot to a new image.
I don't know of any other options.....
