This error is noticed in the CTI Manager logs during this time there was a outage in the Manilline number calls for the site as the CTI RP go into hang state.

Hello I need a reply for this as soon as possible .
The CallManager version is 6.1.3.1000-16 and it intergrated with UCCX Version 7.0(1)SR01_Build210
From the MIVR Logs it is clear that the Call is dropped at the Routepoint as it was redirected successfully to the CTI port. same time we are getting CTI Manager Logs like also which i mentioned before, so need someones help to proceed further
