I have two Call Manager servers running Windows 2000. What is the recommended reboot cycle for these servers? Also there is no shutdown.exe located in the c:\WINDOWS\systems32\ there are copies located in c:\CiscoWebs\BARS\Bin and C:\utils. Should I schedule a task and use one of these shutdown.exe's to reboot my servers?
Well "theoretically", you would be rebooting it once a month when you apply the latest Cisco approved MS updates. Outside of that, your main thing you would be watching is memory utilization from Cisco. I know people that run for months at a time.
