Hello
I work for a school district and a question has been asked if we can track how many times the 211 ( help line ) is called.
Is there a way to collect from Call manager a report that shows who called 211 and on what day?
Something similar to Cisco Emergency Responder where it shows who dialed 911?

yes, if you have CDR/CAR enabled you can get that information, if not, you would need to enable it and then you'd only get information from that point going forward.
