Reporting on Specific Extension

Is there a way to run a report on a specific extension to see data on the numbers of calss received and what number calls were transferred to? Thanks!

yes, you can use CAR for that.

search by user/extension

What version of CCM do you have? Some very useful information is available in the CDR database, and can be accessed either by SQL Query analyzer, or the CAR tool, depending on your CCM version.
