route pattern and CSS international problem

hi networkers,

i have starnge issue , which is calling international numbers most of the times fails and i got annoucment " your call can not be completed as dial please ..." , . i have configured the phone as follow:

device CSS:Internal_only_CSS

DN Partition: Internal_phones "which include all phones"

DN CSS:International

route pattern configuration

route Pattern :9.00XXXXXXXXXXX!#

route pattern partition:International

digit treatment discard digit:predot.trailing #

what makes me crazy , is somtimes the call go and somtimes i got the same msg with any change on configuration. and also happens with # and without.

check if your provider is expecting international type to route the call.

Check debug isdn q931 setup message in GW to see if the problem resides in Telco, GW or CCM.

My dear the ISDN lines still not available, we use the FXO for now. " your call cannot be completed as dialed " mean im restricted to make INT calls? how can i trace and debug the FXO call?
