router pattern assistance needed CCM 6.1

Inorder to dial locally, telco request 10 digits. So I created a Router Pattern In CCM 6.1. Router pattern looks like:

9.715 XXX XXXX

This will allow users to dial out locally, but what my client wants to be able to do in addition to dialing 10 digits locally, is that they also want to be albe to dial 7 digits out. Some how I need to prepend digits, not sure how? One other catch to this, this needs to work in SRST as well.

1. Create a 7 digit pattern or Route Filter no Local Area Code, bunch of examples here inthis forum or CCO.

2. SRST config is done in the GW not CUCM via dial-peers also a lot of config
