Same Translation Profile, Different Number to Call

Hi,

I want to ask about Translation Profile.

I manage 2 same company but have different site/branch, the one who already production have already used 0 to call to Operator, Now the other company want to use "0" to call to Receptionist.

Both of company want to call each other extension but for the "0" call, they want to be different call.

How I can do it?

All you need is to adjust your CSS and partitions to make that work as you want.

The below example is assuming the receptionist and operator has a separate DN associated to them and not 0. If the DN in itself is 0 the config would be a little different.

Company A (in production)

Phone A in Partition A and CSS A (CSS A contains partition A,B and C)

0 as TP/DN in partiton C and CSS A

0 as TP/DN transforms or forwards call to the Operator in partition A

Company B

Phone B in Partition B and CSS B (CSS B contains partition A,B and D)

0 as TP/DN in partiton D and CSS B

0 as TP/DN transforms or forwards call to the Receptionist in partition B
