How to enable SDI trace? Is it just the CCM trace? I can find SDL trace, but not SDI. Thanks

You should use Trace Configuration on the Serviceability page. By default, when you choose Trace->Configuration it appears SDI trace.
You can modify it how you want (only errors, detailed trace etc.)
When you select SDL trace on the right corner appear SDI trace and vice verse.
please rate, if it helpfule

Thanks guys. I actually have been using CCM trace for many years, but just not sure this is SDI. What does SDI mean?

Your basic definitions are;
* SDI - System Diagnostic Interface - This is the trace interface used in CUCM for diagnostic output.
* SDL - Signal Distribution Layer - The is a trace interface which reveals interactions of the different state machines in CUCM. Of course the output of SDL traces are often very low level.

Michael.
