Not sure if this should be under CUCM or UCCX, but is there any way to get the Caller Name (CNAM) from a call in the CDR database for CUCM using a REST API call? I'm trying to get the CNAM out of Call Manager in some way that can be passed to UCCX. From my understanding, the CNAM isn't passed when a call is transferred from CUCM to UCCX. My ultimate goal is to add a REST API call to a UCCX script and set the CNAM as one of the call variables.
