Set up separate voice mail for outside of office hours?

A client of mine keeps getting calls well outside of their office hours (9-5) and would like to set up a separate voice mail that immediately tells the customer something along the lines of "Our office is now closed, our hours are 9-5 M-F...."

You get the gist of it.

Is there a way to set up their phone system to be able to have a voice mail strictly for when it's outside of office hours?

The phones are SPA525G's

You need to mention what you use for call control and VM, the phone model does not matter.
