Silent ringing from PSTN

Hi all,

my customer asked me the following:

- He wants to mute the phone ring for the PSTN calls only. When a user do a internal call, the destination phone must ring with volume.

How can i do this?

You'd need one line with the PSTN number and one line with the internal number for that.

You either configure a blank ringtone or set DND on the PSTN line, and leave the internal one to ring.

Hi Alessandro,

Unfortunately there is no option in CUCM that I am aware of which we can configure based on on net/off net calls as Jaime suggested you can have two lines.
