So here is my scenario.....

I have a pub and sub at location 1, at location 2 the sub, pri and some VoIP phones will be moving to location 3, HOWEVER location 2 will have 8 VoIP phones.

My question is this...

I am pretty sure I can have the 8 phone at location 2 still operate and have them pointed to location 1, but I'm quite sure how to do that.

You VoIP phones can be at any location with or without CallManagers as long as you meet the bandwidth and delay requirments. You also need to make sure you properly setup QoS and CAC.
