SPA 3102 - Lack of PSTN Line Signal (and led light off) - SOLVED

Hi,

I'm struggling to have the SPA 3102 working in  Italy (via Telecom Italia), the "line" led on the device never turns green and fallback to PSTN never works, even with VOIP disabled/internet off.

I pick up my phone, there is no signal and after few second the 3102 sends "busy" signal.

If I turn the device off, I can instead correctly use my phone (so passive bridge between FXO & FXS works).

I've tried applied suggested regional settings, askipping the ADSL filters, trying other wall sockets (where all PSTN phone works correctly) but no luck.

Anyone suffessfully using 3102 in Italy? Regional settings?

This is solved now.

Basically, if not registration is done on the VOIP side, the PSTN line will not be enabled.

I'm going now to check if fallback works.
