SPA112 locked out of admin

Hello Support,

We recently installed some SPA112 2 port adapters and the default password was left it. Since then someone has hacked the unit and changed the admin password and also programmed a password for the IVR. I believe they may have changed the setting for the reset button so it won't do a factory default if holding the reset button in for 20 seconds.

Is there a way to recover the unit back to factory default.
