SPA8000 : ETSI FSK Caller ID method is not working

Hello,

 

I have a problem with the SPA8000 Caller ID in 6.1.12(XU) firmware version.

 

In the latest firmware, the Caller ID method ETSI FSK is not working.

The analog phone display is not show anything about Caller ID.

 

But, in the previous firmware (6.1.10), the phone can showing information (CID Name, CID Number) correctly with same configuration.

I can't go back to 6.1.10 firmware, because it have an issue about T.38 FAX.
