is it possible to have a number ring on specific device by day. but after working hours number will go to hunt pilot?

What you're looking for is time of day routing. Here is a nice doc which shows how to configure TOD with the help of an example:

It works irrespective of whether the calling party is internal or external. It all depends on who has access to call the Translation Patterns you configure for business hours and non business hours.
