I have downloaded Cisco Attendant Consol ver 7.1.0_c on the front desk window xp desktop and was able to add a speed dial group. However from time to time I receive a request stating Speed Dial numbers are randomly erased on the Front Desk Telecom Console without a user inversion..
Any idea

Hi,
AC clients store the speedials locally on this location once they read it from the server:
C:\Program Files\Cisco\UnifiedCommunications Manager Attendant Console\data\username.xml
Each time when client logs out, if there is any change in the user data, it updates the latest
data to database and then logs out. So this keeps syncing with the Server side.
Could you check this xml? and see if the speed dials disappear completely or if they are changed to
"older" speed dials? Does this happen on a regular basis?
