Phones do not have a switch to choose which ciphers to use, or which TLS versions to use.

We found some of the IP phone SSLv3 enabled while scanning so how to disable those ?
and how to check SSLV3 option enabled in callmanager or not?? and how to disable it any idea?
So if we should not make changes in Switch then is it via ASA?

As I already mentioned, there is no way to enable/disable SSL versions on the phones, nor in CUCM (for the phones, or for CUCM).
