We are using Cisco 7940 VoIP phones. We have recently upgraded to Windows 7 x64 and Office 2010. The TAPI integration that was provided by our VoIP vendor no longer works. Does Cisco have a driver that will allow our staff to dial the phones from the Outlook?
Thanks.

Hello,
do you use Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express or Cisco Unified Communications Manager?
Kind regards,

We don't use either. We don't have our own server or PBX. We use a hosted solution and they have told us they have nothing to help us. I found it hard to believe that there is no good option for those who want to use TAPI integration.
Thanks

Do you know, or can you find out, what version of what service (CUCM / CCME) your provider is running, this is crucial to determining if there is an applicable TAPI client for your OS.

I will email our provider and try to find out.
