Hello I have the following scenario and just can't get it to work properly. Call comes in from gateway (FXO) triggers a TCL script that gives 3 options, one of them transfers the call to a CRS queue but when the agent picks up he cannot hear the caller, the caller can hear the agent but not the other way. CRS is G.729 and on the agent's phone during conversation it shows no packets received, any ideas on transfering from tcl to crs?
