Teleprcence screen licence to SMP

Hello,

I have a Conductor 3.0 & Teleprcence server 4.1 with screen licence. I need to convert those screen licences to SMP & build new Conductor/Telepresence server.

What is the process of converting screen licences to SMP?

Do I need additional licence for new conductor & TS?

Please advise.
