The PBX go to out of service unexpectedly

Hi buddies.

We have a cisco router 2811 with a vwic-2MFT-E1/T1. one of the E1 port is connected to Panasonic "TDA200" and the other port is connected to PSTN.

Some of our internal user is connected to Panasonic and others connected to our SIP server"Elastix" through SIP protocol. when a call's coming from PSTN it's sent to Elastix for IVR and after that is distributed between registered phones in Elastix or Panasonic.

Our problem is related to Panasonic phones, in the middle of day when number of calls is high the registered phones in Panasonic go to out of service for 4-5 seconds unexpectedly, but our Elastix phones are with no problem.

For firs time I though I can be because of Panasonic but when I connected Panasonic directly to PSTN it worked with no problem.

Our SIP users have 3xxx format and our Panasonic users have xxx format as their numbers.

At the router side the signaling protocol toward Panasonic is qsig but we forced to set CO at the Panasonic side as our signaling protocol because with qsig it didn't work.

our Router configuration is like below:

controller E1 0/0/0
 framing NO-CRC4
 clock source line primary
 pri-group timeslots 1-31
 description TDM-PSTN
!
controller E1 0/0/1
 clock source internal
 pri-group timeslots 1-31
 description PBX

Hi Majid,

Engage Panasonic PBX support team and find out exact reason for phone out service. Check if they can point out any issue on PRI.
