I was going to install the Updates Wizard file but it tells me that the hardware is not supported by Cisco. The hardware is approved Cisco, but perhaps the updates file doesn't support the current CM version along with the hardware platform.
I'm running CM 4.1(3).

the files to update the patches in CCM. Never mind, do you know of a way? when i change the time on the OS it doesn't change it on the phones.

there are several causes for that, CUCM not being DST compliant, not having the right date/time group, 3rd G phones without the DST load, OS not being DST patched

hopefully the link won't break:
http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/ImageList.x?relVer=2.0(9)&mdfid=280391779&sftType=Microsoft%20Updates%20for%20Cisco%20Unity/Unity%20Connection&optPlat=null&nodecount=2&edesignator=null&modelName=Cisco%20Unity%20Version%204.2&treeMdfId=278875240&treeName=Voice%20and%20Unified%20Communications&modifmdfid=null&imname=null&hybrid=Y&imst=N&lr=Y
if it breaks, go to the SW page and follow this path:
Voice and Unified Communications > Cisco Unity Version 4.2 > Microsoft Updates for Cisco Unity/Unity Connection > 2.0(9)

UGH!! Thank you!! My old link sent me to the new menu and I was stopping at 'Cisco Unity' assuming it would be listed there.
Thanks for the prompt response!!
